This villa was constructed in 2016 and is a fantastic villa with pool, private drive, but within a 5 minutes drive to the White City (Ostuni).
The villa is well equipped, and nestled within 8,000sqm of gardens, with many variety of trees and shrubs. The villa has views of the Olive Trees to the right, and countryside to the left. Inside, you enter through a large kitchen and dining room with open fireplace. The ktichen is hand made of local stone, with bespoke kitchen cupboards. This villas has an eclectic feel of old and new, and has been tastefully decorated by the owner. The dining table seats 12, and has windows on all sides so you have a fantastic view of the gardens and the pool. The Lounge also has a stone fireplace, with leather sofa. From this room, you have access to all three double bedrooms, two with en-suite and one house bathroom.
There is a stone built BBQ and an orchard, with fruit trees. There is seating for 6, which is totally private and secluded, with views of the pool. The pool is 8m x 5m and 1.2m deep, with plenty of room to sunbath whilst reading your favourite book. Whilst the villa is a new build, it has been lovingly designed by craftsman. The vaulted ceiling in the lounge gives it a feeling of space. This design flows throughout the villa and means that during the summer months, the lounge and bedrooms, stay relatively cool.

The area has many interesting areas to visit. Including, Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve blissfully free from development, with its rugged shores is a protected area, and allows its visitors to enjoy and escape from the over developed beach resorts. There are plenty of opportunities to observe plant and animal species usually scarce in this part of the world. A mini shuttle service runs from the car parks, but to find your spot on the beach, there may be some walking involved. The sea is clear, clean and warm. There is a visitor centre 3km inland at Serranova which organises nature walks, cycle trekking. There are also guided snorkelling trips. Torre Guaceto is also one of Puglia's top locations for kite surfing. There are water parks, and a zoo in Fasano. Plenty to do if you have young children. Ostuni boasts many restaurants with traditional Pugliese cuisine, with roast and grilled meat and tasty tangy pasta dishes to suit every pallate. Ostuni has also one of the oldest Franciscan convents dating back to 1304. The Cathedral is located on the highest point of the city, which was built between 1435 and 1495, and has a beautiful Gothic facade. Far away you will see the white town perched on a hill, crowned by the cathedral with its colorful dome.
The town of Ostuni is surrounded by a medieval fortress wall, and as you meander through the streets, you may stumble upon hidden cafe bars and restaraunts. Definitely worth visiting at night, as there is a buzz of excitement, and people sipping coffee and drinking Spritz - just imagine sitting and watching the world go by, and also the Italian's who are always deep in conversation, with animated hand gestures. Great food, always great coffee, steeped in history, with lots to do for the whole family.
